May 15: Chronic Pain Syndrome: Learn about techniques available to reduce headaches, chronic back pain, and fibromyalgia, such as craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, and manual medicine.
June 19: Chi Kung: Learn basic theories and concepts behind this ancient art of promoting life. Movement centered and meditation oriented Chi Kung, as well as chi sensitivity exercises will be included. Wear comfortable attire as participation in these gentle movements is highly recommended.
